Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InkMemory ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including tattoo artists and their clients.

2. Description of Service

InkMemory is a client relationship management (CRM) platform designed for professional tattoo artists. It provides tools for managing clients, appointments, briefings, consent waivers, and booking pages. InkMemory is not a marketplace and does not facilitate transactions between artists and clients directly.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an InkMemory account. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. InkMemory is intended for professional use by licensed or practising tattoo artists.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@inkmemory.lifeinsight-365.com of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

InkMemory offers the following plans:

  • Free: Up to 25 clients, 10 AI briefings/month — no charge
  • Solo: $39/month — unlimited clients and briefings
  • Studio: $79/month — includes multi-seat access

Payments are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record. Polar appears on your statement as the seller and handles billing and tax on our behalf. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.

Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your jurisdiction.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at support@inkmemory.lifeinsight-365.com.

7. Client Data and Acceptable Use

You may use InkMemory to store data about your clients (names, contact details, appointment history, briefings, consent waivers). You are responsible for:
  • Obtaining your clients' consent before storing their personal data
  • Complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction
  • Not storing data of individuals under 18 years of age
  • Not using the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of InkMemory — including the AI briefing system — are owned by InkMemory and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

InkMemory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkMemory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
